Where Is My Order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a “not found/error” message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS Office until you request a redelivery or pick it up from the USPS facility.

I Have Seen A Product But It's No Longer In Stock

We try our best to keep our styles to a minimum , If you love it buy it before its gone doll! (after all we don’t want to see 1000 of ourselves, all over the place) However, occasionally we will restock an item and it will appear as (Coming Soon) in the product description. 

Can I Exchange An Item?

Yes, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page to see how you can exchange your item for another item of equal value or for store credit.

Can I Cancel My Order?

No, we are unable to modify an order once placed. We are quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it. We are happy to exchange your item once you receive and return it according to Exchange Policy.

Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?

As items can sell out very quickly, it is possible  an item that you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment Method.

What Happens If I Forget To Use A Discount Code?

Once your order has been placed we  are unable to change or modify.  We can not make changes to your total as we are unable to manually add a discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
