Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

Please allow 48 hours (two days) for processing time.

All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Available shipping methods for orders within the U.S. nclude:

USPS Priority Mail: $7.00 (4-6 business days)

USPS Priority Mail Express: $20.00 (2-3 business days)

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $150.00

* A signatre is required for delivery of all packages. Please remeber to check your tracking updates . Please arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS office to claim your Package.

Available shipping methods for international orders include:

Canada – USPS Priority Mail International: $25 (7-14 business days)

United Kingdom – USPS Priority Mail International: $35 (7-14 business days)

International: $35 USPS Priority Mail  (7-14 business days)

Please note that 7Slayz ships all international packages “Delivery Duties Unpaid.” This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Kloset Envy and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to 7Slayz, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

7Slayz is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to, We are unable to change or modify an order after it has been processed).

We do understand how hard it can be to shop online, we include as many style/fit notes and encourage you to shop by your body type. Alas we know everything is not for everybody. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to exchange your item(s) for store credit or for another available item of equal value.

Exchange Guidelines
1. Items returned within 15 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit or exchange for another item of equal value. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products with a removed hygiene seal (bodysuits/swimsuits) are not eligible for return. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 15% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.

3.  All items are returned to 7Slayz at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and what you wish to receive in exchange for the enclosed item.

4.  A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to 7Slayz. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your exchange.
